Shipping Info: This is a one-man operation. I print and assemble everything myself. I try to always have 10 copies "ready to go" at any given point in time. So it should arrive within 3-10 business days. If that changes and i have to assemble your order from scratch at the time i receive it, i will contact you immediately with an estimate of when it will arrive (it will probably be around 3-15 business days from the time the order is received). I will notify you via email when your order has shipped and i will include a tracking number if one is available. Contact me about international shipping and we'll make it happen.
Return Policy: No refunds. If your product is damaged (e.g. the CD won't play or the booklet is missing a page or something), contact me within 30 days of when you received it and i will send you a replacement free of charge.
